In order for your steps to be transferred to HUMANOO, it is important that you regularly synchronise your tracking app (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin...) with the HUMANOO app.
What do you need to keep in mind?
- Make sure that mobile trackers (e.g. a Watch) are synced with your tracking app (e.g. Google Fit or Garmin) first. HUMANOO cannot take steps directly from a mobile tracker.
- Of course, you should already have a tracker selected on HUMANOO.
- Open the HUMANOO app and go to "Progress". Usually you should see a synchronisation of the HUMANOO app with your tracking app within a short time.
What can I do if the tracking app does not synchronise with the HUMANOO app immediately?
Wait a bit! It often takes a few minutes or, depending on the tracker, a few hours for the data to be transferred.
Even if the synchronisation only takes place the next day, the steps of the previous day should be reloaded. (It is not the case that all progress is "gone" at midnight sharp).
If no synchronisation takes place within 24 hours, you can disconnect the tracking app again under Settings > Tracker connection and reconnect.
