Registration with the HUMANOO ID

After downloading and installing the HUMANOO app, you will be taken directly to registration.

1. Enter your personal HUMANOO ID in the input field provided and then click on the arrow "-->".

2. In the next step "Create account" you can create your account.

We offer you the possibility to link your account either with an email (private or business), a Google ID (Log in with Google) or an Apple ID (Log in with Apple - only in the iOS App).

3. Password - if you register with an email address, you must choose a secure password.

Your password must consist of letters (upper and lower case), numbers and special characters.

4. Data security and transparency

We always strive to guarantee a technically and content-wise flawless experience for our users of the HUMANOO app. In this regard, transparency is a top priority for us.

In order to ensure this, we rely on your separate consent to collect technical device information for the purposes of quality improvement and troubleshooting, but also for your individual use of areas and functions within the app.

In order to provide the service in HUMANOO, we store and process your personal data. Here we need your acknowledgement of our declaration of consent, which contains our privacy policy and our terms and conditions.

5. Verify Email Address - If you chose email for registration, the next step is to make sure you didn't accidentally mistype your email, we will send you an email to confirm. Here you have to confirm the link. At the end of the process, you will be redirected back to the app after a few clicks.

6. Done - let's go, see you in the app!
