- the email address that you used to create your account
- if needed, the official name of your company
- information about your smartphone (manufacturer, type, version of the installed operating system)
- Information about the version of the app
If you dare not sure which Version of the App is installed, please check if there are any Updates on Google Play Store or Apple Store. If so, please update to the latest version and note down "latest version" if the issue still persists.
